Sales Manager (f/m/d) Europe

In different European locations he produces technically and qualitative demanding products and solutions for the composite industry. His flexible, light-weight and strong textiles are applied in different branches such as transportation, marine, sports, aircraft, wind energy. The company´s customers appreciate him for the broad portfolio, his adaptable products and the high standards in quality and service orientation. To build a strong network of distributors in Europe we need you: If you are a motivated individual (f/m/d) with experience in international sales of technical products and a network of industrial suppliers and technical traders we offer you an exciting and challenging task.
Youre role
- Maintaining, fortifying and further development of the existing Distribution network
- Acquisition and establishment of new retail– and distribution-partners in target regions in Europe (i.e. France, Netherlands, etc.)
- Close collaboration with colleagues and other internal departments such as Customer Service, Production or R&D
- Budget planning, monitoring and regular reporting
- Participating in industry events and trade fairs to showcase high-quality products, e.g. JEC
- Conducting competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
Youre profile
- Several years experience in building up a well-established network of technical dealers and distributors in europe
- Entrepreneurial mindset as well as good knowledge of technical products like technical textiles / fabrics, resins, adhesives, fibres / prepregs or similar
- A „hunter“-mentality and networker with excellent communication– and negotiating-skills
- A self-motivated, independent, and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Willing to travel in Europe, fluent in German, English (and ideally French)
