Your Tasks

Lead the commercial areas (finance and accounting, controlling, legal, HR) being accountable for their strategic, operative, and organisational development
Responsible for finance and accounting, including all processes, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and UK-GAAP
Ensure the transparency of corporate / financial figures, develop and optimise KPI systems, and work closely with partners from tax consulting and auditing
Actively shape corporate structures
Advise the management team on all legal issues related to contract, corporate, and labour law, as well as on compliance and HR topics

Your Profile

Commercial degree, ideally with a focus on finance / accounting / controlling, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Commercial all-rounder with several years of professional experience in commercial management and the strategic development of a start-up or medium-sized company
Data- and KPI-driven, excellent analytical skills, think and act as an entrepreneur, and proficient in the areas of finance / controlling
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills—also in an international context
Committed to motivating, fair leadership and team development
