To further expand the market position in the region, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated sales professional for an exciting role in field sales.

Your Tasks
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships and enhance customer value through up-selling and cross-selling
- Reinforce the market position and expand it by acquiring new customers, including securing industrial key accounts
- Advise customers on technical issues related to standardized, specified products as well as customized solutions
- Continuously work on building and expanding expertise and specialized knowledge in the product areas of coolants / lubricants, coagulation, cleaning, and (waste) water treatment
- Collaborate closely with the sales team in both inside and field sales, as well as with marketing and technical teams (laboratory / product development)
- Represent the company externally at (regional) trade fairs and events
Your Profile
- Successfully completed a commercial or technical education
- Proven expertise in the sales of chemical-technical products (e.g., coolants, coagulation, cleaning) and their respective application areas / processes
- Excellent at networking, winning over customers and partners, communicating persuasively, and demonstrating strong negotiation skills
- As an "entrepreneur within the company" you work proactively and success-oriented, consistently and tenaciously achieving your sales goals
