Sales Lead (m/w/d)

To this end, we are offering an experienced and dynamic sales and management personality the chance to put the sales department and the team on a new footing.

Your Task

  • You are responsible for the sales strategy and its efficient implementation in coordination with the management
  • You put (almost) everything to the test, from collecting market data to analysis and implementation measures
  • You and your team increase sales and market shares in the various segments
  • You observe the international markets, the existing and global potential, and work out our 'export plan' for the future step by step, including sales-promoting measures
  • You are responsible for your department based on reliable key figures and develop the KPIs further
  • You lead the sales team (outside and inside sales) as a role model, proactively develop departments and employees and, of course, are also active in the market and with customers on site

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience as a sales manager, sales manager or key account manager with the ability and willingness to take the next step
  • Know-how in the cleaning industry or textile industry would be helpful, but are not a prerequisite
  • Competence and experience in how to approach the topic of sales strategically, build it up systematically and implement it comprehensibly with priorities
  • Business knowledge and professional use of relevant key figures and tools
  • Winning sales personality and natural authority - inspiring, engaging and strong communicator, also in English
  • As a salesperson and manager, you 'live your job' and are with the customer or in the company
