Your responsibilities
- Fostering existing relationships with international key accounts through regular contact and on-site presence
- Identifying potential projects by re-engaging prior customers through the existing network and acquiring new customers
- Close, input-giving collaboration with the design and production team
- Contributing to the further development and implementation of the sales strategy
- Representing the company at international trade shows and industry events (e.g., Aircraft Interiors Expo)
Your Pofilel
- A university diploma or equivalent training, as well as practical business management expertise
- A passion for design, particulary interior design
- At least 2–3 years of experience in project-based sales, ideally in a manufacturing environment with emotionally appealing products (e.g., aviation, textiles, furniture, automotive industry, commercial interiors)
- A talent for networking and a willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)
- A personality that thrives in sales settings, especially when communicating, advising, and inspiring others
- Multilingual: fluent English and at least conversational German
