Tobias always tried to understand what moveshumans. By spending time abroad in an US High School and a year erasmus in France during his business psychology studies, he was able to curate anintercultural perspective. He further amplified this perspective in HR and Talent Acquisition; now he uses his excitement in discovering new talents andsupporting others on their career path. As a passionate athlete, he looks forbalance in Basketball and other sports challenges.
