Tobias Rodat has always been fascinated by what drives people and shapes their decisions. Early on, he gained valuable international exposure – first during his high school year in the United States and later while studying Business Psychology in France – experiences that broadened his cultural awareness and global outlook. He subsequently strengthened this perspective through his work in HR and Talent Acquisition, where he further refined his experience in identifying and developing talent.

Today, he combines professional knowledge with an instinct for potential, guiding individuals as they take the next step in their careers and realise their ambitions. A passionate sportsman, he maintains his balance and energy on the basketball court or by embracing other athletic challenges.
