Mientje Krüger was born with the DNA of a service provider. She earned her „spurs“ in strategy and management consulting. Today, she is the third generation of Krüger in the company and supports her clients in identifying and recruiting executives and specialists. To do this with concentrated energy, Mientje Krüger finds balance in basketball, swimming, running, or hiking – as well as when working as a server or tending bar.
