Annika Hacker developed an early interest in understanding what motivates people and how they can unlock their potential. After completing her vocational training as an industrial management assistant, she strategically broadened her economic foundation with psychological perspectives, pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Psychology and currently a Master's in Applied Psychology. Her fascination with headhunting developed early on: guiding people into roles where they can unlock their potential and find purpose continues to drive her today. She stands out for her ambition and determination, pursuing her goals consistently and with a clear vision – even if it means breaking down walls to achieve them. She finds balance in sports and spending time with her adopted rescue dog, a cause that is personally close to her heart. While she doesn't focus on astrology, she recognizes herself in typical Capricorn traits: disciplined, persistent, and goal-oriented.
