Your Responsibilities

• You manage, maintain, and expand your assigned product portfolio - from product conception to market launch and product phase-out, in line with Lifecycle Management
• You actively participate in the product development process (including innovation and design process)
• You monitor the sales volume, revenue, cost, and profit development of existing product lines and initiate appropriate measures.
• You develop marketing and training concepts for new products and support the sales team / sales partners.
• You monitor international trends and competition (Trend Scouting) and contribute to market, product, and pricing policies.
• You cooperate closely with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Design, Development, Production / Manufacturing, and Logistics.  

Your Profile

• You have a completed commercial or commercial-technical degree, or comparable education and training.
• You have relevant professional experience in Product Management of a manufacturing company – ideally in sectors such as furniture, seating, contract furniture, interior design, sports equipment, or similar.
• You are an engaging, active networker with a sales and marketing-driven mindset, working proactively and independently
• As a team-oriented problem-solver with project management skills you take ownership of your projects and are able to work analytically and conceptually
• You speak business-fluent German and English and are willing to travel internationally
