Your responsibilities

• Shape and implement the company’s innovation and process strategy in alignment with long-term growth and sustainability objectives
• Drive R&D and sustainability initiatives and ensure that innovations are successfully transferred into scalable industrial operations
• Further develop production standards, methodologies and process documentation across the full value chain (spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing)
• Lead the laboratory organisation, ensuring technical standards, investment planning, cost efficiency and the continuous improvement of testing systems
• Take ownership of management systems and certifications and guarantee international audit readiness
• Act as a central interface to IT and digitalisation initiatives, defining requirements and supporting system evolution

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science or a comparable technical discipline
• Several years of leadership experience within the textile industry, ideally in a vertically integrated production environment
• Proven expertise in innovation management, process optimisation, R&D or management systems
• Experienced in handling certifications and audits within regulated industrial structures
• Strategic and analytical thinker with sound technical expertise and commercial awareness, who drives change with natural authority
