As a vertically integrated producer, the company controls the entire value chain - from fibre to finished fabric – serving customers in public procurement, protective workwear and technical textiles. Against the backdrop of dynamic growth and increasing operational complexity, the strategic leadership position of Director of Innovation & Processes is now being filled.

Your responsibilities
- Shape and implement the company’s innovation and process strategy in alignment with long-term growth and sustainability objectives
- Drive R&D and sustainability initiatives and ensure that innovations are successfully transferred into scalable industrial operations
- Further develop production standards, methodologies and process documentation across the full value chain (spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing)
- Lead the laboratory organisation, ensuring technical standards, investment planning, cost efficiency and the continuous improvement of testing systems
- Take ownership of management systems and certifications and guarantee international audit readiness
- Act as a central interface to IT and digitalisation initiatives, defining requirements and supporting system evolution
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science or a comparable technical discipline
- Several years of leadership experience within the textile industry, ideally in a vertically integrated production environment
- Proven expertise in innovation management, process optimisation, R&D or management systems
- Experienced in handling certifications and audits within regulated industrial structures
- Strategic and analytical thinker with sound technical expertise and commercial awareness, who drives change with natural authority
