Cross-functional Quality Manager (m/f/d)

As a vertically integrated producer, the company manages the entire value chain – from fibre to finished fabric – serving customers in public procurement, protective workwear and technical textiles. Due to a dynamic growth phase, the key position of Cross-Functional Quality Manager is now being filled.

Your responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for product quality across the entire value chain – from raw fibre to finished product – including external subcontractors
  • Analyse quality performance across sites and processes, identify structural weaknesses and initiate targeted improvement measures
  • Lead root-cause analyses in cases of non-conformity, promote a constructive error culture and ensure the sustainable implementation of corrective actions
  • Work closely with Production, Laboratory, R&D and IT to further develop and stabilise processes
  • Support material and process trials as well as new machine settings, assessing their impact on overall product quality
  • Prepare customer and certification audits and confidently represent quality-related topics internally and externally

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Textile Engineering or an equivalent qualification combined with solid industry experience
  • Several years of experience in quality management within the textile industry
  • In-depth technical knowledge in at least two of the following areas: spinning, weaving, dyeing or finishing
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data insights into practical improvement measures
  • Communicates confidently at all organisational levels drives impact without relying on formal authority
