Your responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for product quality across the entire value chain – from raw fibre to finished product – including external subcontractors
- Analyse quality performance across sites and processes, identify structural weaknesses and initiate targeted improvement measures
- Lead root-cause analyses in cases of non-conformity, promote a constructive error culture and ensure the sustainable implementation of corrective actions
- Work closely with Production, Laboratory, R&D and IT to further develop and stabilise processes
- Support material and process trials as well as new machine settings, assessing their impact on overall product quality
- Prepare customer and certification audits and confidently represent quality-related topics internally and externally
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Textile Engineering or an equivalent qualification combined with solid industry experience
- Several years of experience in quality management within the textile industry
- In-depth technical knowledge in at least two of the following areas: spinning, weaving, dyeing or finishing
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data insights into practical improvement measures
- Communicates confidently at all organisational levels drives impact without relying on formal authority
