Your Tasks

• First point of contact for employees and managers in all HR, disciplinary, and labour law matters; overseeing all HR processes, from recruiting and personnel development to offboarding
• Plan personnel requirements and HR costs in close coordination with the departments, analyse development needs, derive appropriate measures, and implement them in compliance with company and legal regulations
• Administrative tasks in the areas of master data and contract management, act as negotiator with potential employees, and prepare and update job descriptions, employment contracts, or references
• Contribute to the optimisation of HR processes and the implementation of HR-relevant projects

Your Profile

• Completed commercial degree, or alternatively, training and further education with a focus on HR, workforce management, talent management or similar
• Several years of experience in operational and strategic HR work, with in-depth knowledge of labour and social law
• Confident handling of conflict situations, results-oriented, assertive, decisive with strong communication skills
• Independently developing solutions, acting proactively, committedly, and goal-oriented
